1. Full Refund Before Shipping
If your medication has not yet shipped, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount you paid. This applies whether you change your mind after completing the intake, or if your consultation is still being reviewed by a physician. Simply contact us and we will cancel your order and process your refund.
If a physician determines that treatment is not appropriate for you and no prescription is issued, you will automatically receive a full refund. No action is needed on your part.
2. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our service. If you receive your medication and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your confirmed delivery date.
To qualify for the 14-day satisfaction guarantee:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date confirmed by the shipping carrier.
- You must contact us at help@promultis.co with your name, order details, and the reason for your request.
- We may ask you to return any unused medication at our expense. We will provide a prepaid shipping label if a return is required.
3. When Refunds Are Not Available
We are unable to provide refunds in the following situations:
- After 14 days from delivery: Refund requests submitted more than 14 calendar days after delivery are not eligible.
- Partially used medication: Once medication has been opened and partially used beyond what is reasonable for an initial trial, refunds are no longer available.
- Incorrect information: If your order cannot be fulfilled because you provided inaccurate health or shipping information, refunds may not be issued for any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
- Subscription refills already shipped: For subscription refills that have already been dispatched, the 14-day satisfaction guarantee applies from the delivery date of each shipment.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to help@promultis.co with the following information:
- Your full name and the email address associated with your account.
- Your order number or approximate order date.
- The reason for your refund request.
Our team will acknowledge your request within one business day and provide any additional instructions if needed.
5. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
6. Canceling Your Subscription
If you are on a recurring subscription for medication refills, you may cancel at any time by contacting us at help@promultis.co. To avoid being charged for your next refill, please cancel at least 5 business days before your next scheduled billing date.
Canceling your subscription will not affect any active orders that have already been placed or shipped. Refund eligibility for the most recent shipment follows the terms described above.

We understand that every situation is different. If you experience an issue not covered by this policy, such as a damaged or defective shipment, a significant shipping delay, or an adverse medical event, please contact us. We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis and work to find a fair resolution.
