Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at ProMultis LLC. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy and apply to all orders fulfilled through our platform and our pharmacy partners within the Bask Health, Inc. network.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after a prescription has been issued and your payment has been verified.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few business days. We will contact you via email or phone if there is a significant delay affecting your order.
2. Shipping Times and Carriers
- After processing, the average transit time is 4 to 12 business days within the United States. Transit times may be affected by carrier capacity, demand spikes, weather events, or holidays.
- Shipments are delivered through licensed carriers, which may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is selected by the dispensing pharmacy based on your shipping address and applicable cold chain requirements.
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping is included with most subscription plans, unless otherwise noted at checkout.
3. Cold Chain and Medication Handling
Certain prescribed medications, including GLP-1 injectables, require temperature-controlled handling. When applicable, your medication will be shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs to maintain integrity during transit. Once you receive your shipment:
- Open the package promptly and follow the storage instructions provided with the medication.
- Some medications may need to be refrigerated upon arrival. Do not freeze unless specifically directed.
- Keep medications out of the reach of children and away from heat, light, and moisture beyond manufacturer or compounder guidelines.
- If your medication arrives at an unsafe temperature or appears compromised, contact us at support@promultis.co immediately so we can coordinate a replacement.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers are typically active within 24 hours of dispatch. You may also view shipment status from your patient portal.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if a tracked shipment is reported as lost in transit, please contact us at support@promultis.co within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date. Where possible, please save all packaging materials and any damaged goods until we have completed our review.
While the carrier is responsible for the physical handling of your package after it is dispatched, we will work with you and our pharmacy partners to investigate the issue and arrange a replacement shipment or refund where appropriate. For carrier-specific claims, you may also be asked to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier; we will provide guidance and the necessary tracking documentation.
Errors in prescription filling — for example, a wrong medication or an incorrect dose — are handled separately under our Refund Policy.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ProMultis LLC ships only within the United States and is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes that may be imposed by any authority outside of the United States. Any state or local sales tax applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout.
7. International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside of the United States. Orders may only be placed and delivered to addresses within the 50 U.S. states.
8. Returns and Refunds
For safety and regulatory reasons, prescription medications cannot be returned, reused, or resold once dispensed. Refund eligibility, including the 14-day satisfaction guarantee for new orders and the handling of damaged or incorrectly filled prescriptions, is described in our Refund Policy.
