Thank you for visiting and shopping at ProMultis LLC. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy and apply to all orders fulfilled through our platform and our pharmacy partners within the Bask Health, Inc. network.

Prescription medications only: All medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies after a prescription is issued by a healthcare practitioner through our platform. Shipments are coordinated by the dispensing pharmacy and arrive in compliant medical packaging — please follow any storage instructions included with your order.

Certain prescribed medications, including GLP-1 injectables, require temperature-controlled handling. When applicable, your medication will be shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs to maintain integrity during transit. Once you receive your shipment:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers are typically active within 24 hours of dispatch. You may also view shipment status from your patient portal.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if a tracked shipment is reported as lost in transit, please contact us at support@promultis.co within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date. Where possible, please save all packaging materials and any damaged goods until we have completed our review.

While the carrier is responsible for the physical handling of your package after it is dispatched, we will work with you and our pharmacy partners to investigate the issue and arrange a replacement shipment or refund where appropriate. For carrier-specific claims, you may also be asked to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier; we will provide guidance and the necessary tracking documentation.

Errors in prescription filling — for example, a wrong medication or an incorrect dose — are handled separately under our Refund Policy.

ProMultis LLC ships only within the United States and is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes that may be imposed by any authority outside of the United States. Any state or local sales tax applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout.

We currently do not ship outside of the United States. Orders may only be placed and delivered to addresses within the 50 U.S. states.

8. Returns and Refunds

For safety and regulatory reasons, prescription medications cannot be returned, reused, or resold once dispensed. Refund eligibility, including the 14-day satisfaction guarantee for new orders and the handling of damaged or incorrectly filled prescriptions, is described in our Refund Policy.
